Turns out the mrs "doesnt" have any plans...(She has to work)
But heres my delema:
For the 22 days that the dealer had my truck...Youd think...They would have found the 1 centecap needed for the mags...But they didnt.
How ironic, the day I got the truck back..I personally called the company
about the centercap...(its a custom center cap with the company logo)
Southern Comfort Conversions.....
I even contacted the dealer to give them there direct number to Southern Comfort Conversions as well as the gentlemans name...who by the way personally knows which truck I own...and does have my CenterCap in stock...for the 18" wheels that are on my truck...
I truly was interested in entering this vehicle in the show...
But theres no way it would win anything with the caps missing..
(id have to remove the remaining ones) just so it looks balanced...
As we all know, That would be an instant deduction..with possibly of instant disqualification of it all together...
Which defeats the reason for me even takeing it out there...
And of course...these caps are under the warranty of purchaseing the truck...
Which the dealer has to pay for them...@ $35.00 each... I dont see them being in any big hurry to gret them for me!
There is a place called McCormick wheel tire on fort street..That im going to go check out see if I can get something to work in the meantime...
But I highly doubt they'll have anything to fit...
What do you think?
