Depends on the year.
Some of the others here with an Intimidator edition, will be more than happy to tell you all the details, but the few that I can think of are as follows.

The 2004 model has a supercharger.
"Intimidator" exterior badges.
The number "3" in various places like the front licence plate delete, the speedometer, and I think the sill plates too but not 100% on that one.
Depending on the year, there's a Dale Earnhardt logo stitched into the front headrests, and a signature series badge on the passenger's side dash above the glove box.
Polished custom rims too.

That's all I can think of. Check some of the photo albums to get a better idea.
Like I said, someone here with an Intimidator edition will be able to tell you all the differences.

LOL. I was just playin with ya.

For the 2004's
1. All came with a Supercharged 3800
2. Intimidator badging on the sides and the rear deck lid.
3. Nascar style spoiler
4.Signature on Dash Cluster
5.Intimidator tag replaces Monte Carlo on passenger side dash
6. Intimidator Door sills
7. Dale Earnhardt head rests

They were missing the 3's on the dash cluster, mat's,and the side windows that the 02' Dale Earnhardt editions had.

I used to see two of them at area car shows. They would show up together and part side by side.

Even had to show against both of them once cause they put my '86 Monte in the same class as them.
