i hope to talk to everyone again
so guy's 2 1/2 weeks ago i put a screwdriver though my index
finger,after 2 weeks of my doctor doing his best to restore
my left hand back to working condition it has failed,
i have a appointment with a surgon on monday 08-08-05
without the sugon seeing my hand yet,my doctor said
it looked to him like at this point 1 of 4 things has to
happen, 1.cut open and drain poison out,2.take my
finger off,3.take my left hand off,4.take my left arm off,
this all depends on how far the infection has gone.
anyway it goes i'm going under the knife(and that sucks)
i have made a lot of friends here and i hope that i have
contributed to this site.being that i'm a heart patient on blood
thinners the doctors are not looking forward to doing this
anymore then i am(but they also don't have to go though
the pain) ha ha, right ? i hope you guys will understand
if i don't get back to any post to this message,but
right now i'm under mental stress, and pain and both
are only going to get worse over the next few weeks
or month's.anyway i will be back just don't know when.

Sorry to hear the bad news and I am sure things will work out just fine..
How the hell did you drive a screwdriver through your finger? In any case, our thoughts will be with you Monday....

I truley am sorry to hear what your goign threw and hope for the best for you and you family.
You will be fine!! any one as onray as you has to be LOL

Warpath, we didn't exactly get off on the right foot but I don't wish ill will on anyone and I hope things work out as best they can with as minimal a surgery as possible with a full recovery.

update, i'm on my 4th doctor, last chance to save finger,still vary little movement,
finger turning black in the center to the nail,next dr.opp.8/22/05,the way i understand
it,my hand can be saved,but this will be the last chance for the finger,sorry if i made
mistakes in spelling,doing this with 1 hand, many thanka for all the concerns
for all of you,i will keep you informed,but with the pain killers its hard to grt
on the computer.

good luck bro,
But if you cant find one to help you out let me know i have some rusty hedg clippers here we could take that finger for you and you would get a trip to germany out of the deal .
Seriously , take care of your hand and were here for ya when you get back,
Also dont use no more screwdrivers as scewers it is not a good idea.
