Yeah i took them off already lol they looked gay (IMO) The guy i got it from had them on it.It dose need some body work in the back of the car,some rot on the outer wheel well,no biggie,

Very nice - I too would loose the SS emblem and (I can't really see from the pic) but I think it has the wrong hood spear on it - the 71 was the only 1st gen to have a hood ornament.

Nice car. You have the front bumper off of a 70 though. 70's have round parking light lenses vs the rectangle ones for a 71. Your grill and headlight buckets look correct for a 71 and I can't tell about your hood ornament. It should have the round part that sticks up on the 71's. The red monte on the upper right hand part of this page is a 71. Here is a picture of my 70 so you can see what it looks like.
