Default i can hear gas sloshing around in the tank. is this bad?

iv never noticed it before, but recently iv been able to hear the gas in the tank sloshing around. im 99% sure thats what the sound is. theres nothing in the trunk or backseat and its definitely coming from the rear. i cant hear any banging or clanking noises, so i dont think its a broken baffle... but who knows.

i dont really see it as a problem as of now... anybody ever experienced this?

Happens in my car also. The gas is going to move around no matter what, just something you probably just started hearing and now you hear it more... the mind does that for weird reasons, but I heard mine one day about 6 months after owning the car and now I hear it all the time lol

I've heard the gas sloshing around in every car I owned. That's why they invented car stereo systems. So you don't have to hear the sloshing.

Sloshing gas is bad, you should fill it with Jello. Seriously tho like others have said you probably just didn't notice it before but no you hear it all the time.

I would make sure the tank isn't coming loose though, just to make sure

I didn't think anything of it until I read on another forum that the gas tank has baffles inside that are supposed to prevent that, and hearing the gas means one came loose. But your also supposed to hear it banging around. So idk
