I think my Odometer currently reads 166,709.
I have had plenty of problems for sure, do as much work as I can. But what can I say, it's been one reliable and gorgeous ride for sure

98,276 miles.
2006 3.5L
Problems:
-Water pump (65K)
-Power Steering Pump (72K)
-Intermediate Steering Shaft (95K)
Otherwise, solid as a rock!
I do the basic maintenance myself, repairs are all done at the dealer because i'm still under warranty!

...Thanks `Michael for your post & including the problems that you've had with your 3.5.L I hope it gives others some insight on what Member's with the 3.5L might expect when it comes to future/possible problems.

A lot of the stuff I can't document or tell you when it happened... I mean there have been the usual transmission problems, I broke a cradle, just a bunch of age and weather related issues.
Nothing was ever majorly serious though besides those :P

91,000 on the Odo! 3.8L 02 MC SS! Most of the problems the car's has have been minimal and mostly brought on by yours truly. I'd to replace the PCM and reprogram it, and broken a few pieces on the dash cover taking it off (in my defense the pieces were sun baked and very fragile), so I'm in search of these pieces (wish me luck finding them). And yes, I do my own work (unfortunately for the car, lol).

2001 Monte Carlo SS
131,000 miles
3.8l V6
I haven't had many problems, but I've only owned the car for the last 10k miles or approx four months.
Things I can think of:
Weatherstrip on the drivers door.
Greased the upper spring in the drivers side door hinge to eliminate sound
Cleaned the MAF
Cover on the belt near the anchor point at the top of the seat coming off
Really, nothing yet. I just recently changed the stock headlights/foglights to the silverstars and replaced my two front tires with new Bridgestone all seasons. I'd like to change a couple gaskets in the engine in the future as a prevatative decision, but they're not causing problems at this point. I'm not sure if they've been done yet.
