How do you rate the overall condition of your Monte Carlo ?
Perhaps, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking with it... Once the spring comes around and I start doing some more tinkering, he'll get higher.

I would give the monte an 8.5. If I fixed the dents on the hood and decklid from falling walnuts and the mishap with the feed bin, then buffed out the roof, I would give it a 9.5. If I adjusted the exhaust so it would stop rattling on the floorboards, I would give it a 10.
Mr. Burns must be putting in a mod factor with his number... but if you mean cosmetically, it's very hard to keep black looking perfect.
My car shows some marks from it's many highway miles with the previous owner. Most people can't believe it's just over 100,000 miles now!!! She still runs strong too! When you take all things into account, I'd say 9. Really strict judges may say a 7-8. I like to consider that it has near 105,000 miles now.... runs strong, and still looks pretty sharp with the paint job!! A few rock dings here and there... the front end has several marks where bugs have done a job on it... but aside from that... the interior is practically flawless.
