I found one of the 1000 ever made turbo grand prixs in the local yard, and pulld off the hood scoops. No I'm debating if I want to use them on my Monte. Right now I want to, and I love how they look. Also the cutting/work doesn't scare, but I still would like some opinion.

* They are functional
* They will sit flush
* My car is dirty

This I found will be the best place to not take away structure, and it seems to look the best as well.

I guess I'm the only one who kinda likes 'em! I'm not a fan of other hood scoops or the proposed WS6 hood, but I don't think those would look too bad. They are not to gaudy or garish. And I would insist they be functional, albeit slightly. I think either position is fine.

And way to be original!

Any feedback is good, good or bad. Also my car could use a new hood anyway, so why not mess with this one.

And Mike and Jerry why not? Chibi told me it doesn't match the lines of the car which I can see. I just love getting different views so I don't regret anything.

Also, junior there is no way I could go with non- functional scoops no matter how good they looked.

 

I don't like them personally but if you did do them match them to your paint and put them to the outside like in the first photo

 

I'm not in love with them, but if you do the body work to make them look like they belong instead of a stick on type of thing I think they would look decent at least.

Also, you better wash your car before next sunday
