I'm 5'11' My Mrs. is 5'2". I have no problem with head room in my 02. I always ride with the Visors pushed forward. But my lady has a problem with this. weather driving or sitting in the passenger seat she says she can't see. She also drives with her seat down as low as it can go where I lift it about 2".
The only thing I can see is that she has much more meat in her Booty. It sticks out when she walks! But she does sit much higher in the seat than I do. I ain't got no Booty! I can't say for sure but maybe it's your Back Side that is causing you to bump your head?????

It's just a matter of how you enter the car and how you sit. My dad & I are both above 6', roughly the same height. I don't have a problem at all. He, on the other hand, struggles every time. Then again, he's driven Trucks/SUV's for the longest time. But now that I think about it, I do notice that whenever I'm waiting for someone in my car, I tend to rub my hat along the roof to amuse myself, so it must be fairly short.
