Alright so im in the middle of a project and ive barely gotten my feet off the ground.

Im trying to fix this nasty rust problem i have and to go that i need to remove this inner black splash gaurd type panel.....well i dont know exactly how to do that...

Does anyone have a clue>?

- took a picture below and the red arrow is pointing to what im talking about.
- you can also see me nasty rust spot
