RE: Headroom: sunroof vs. no sunroof
I am 6' 2" I dont have a sunroof but I have all kinds of headroom in my Monte. A lot more headroom than what I had in my Dodge Stratus. and I wear a hat all the time also and it never touches the headliner either.

damn, you guys are all giants!!
you must have the seat tilted waaaay back, cuz I'm 6' - and I have the seat all the way down to the floor and tilted back a little, and only have about an inch or two above my head. (I have a sunroof) there's no way I could wear a hat...

dont forget though that its a sportier car than the common 4 door out there so the roof line is going to be lower...but if i have no problems and i'm 6'9" i'm sure it should be good for everyone else ...i haven't met too many people taller than me

RE: Headroom: sunroof vs. no sunroof
oh, so you guys are talking about just having the seat-back tilted back.... on mine, I can also tilt the whole seat - bottom and all... you guys just have the front and rear of the seat bottom all the way down and just tilt the seat-back back?? I have the rear of the seat bottom all the way down to the floor, then angle/tilt the whole seat back, so the front of the seat is up a little, and then have the seat-back tilted back a few notches.

I'm just a little short guy at 5' 10". I put the seat all the way back (I like to have some room) and at times I tilt the back of the seat back if I feel like I want more room.
I had a cousin who was almost 7' and weighed 680 lbs.
All of my cousins & uncles are over 6' but not me.

I move the seat forward to about 4 inches to the front, tilt the steering wheel down most of the way, and tilt the seat back about 15 degrees. The ride is awesome.
Oh wait... I'm only 5'6"
