Still not sure, so far, it looks like the housing is really shallow. The lense on the aftermarket light (though larger than stock) is still too small to fit over the projector.

I'm going to have to take more out of the housing to better fit the projector... as for the high beam, I'm going to have to sand the actual projector itsself. Well see how it turns out.

... I'm not too sure how this will work out as of right now... I should have done a bit more research, I made a big hole for the projector to fit and now it fits, but I'm pulling a piece of plastic over the back of the housing.
I know there are smaller made sealed beams out there, I just thought they were all the same size (shows what I know)
I'm only doing the lows because there is just no way for the high beams to fit in there.
It'll still look good when I finish (no doubt in my mind) and I think ill prolly get another junkyard set and experiment with a smaller beam.

I just discovered how its going to back together... THANK GOD and PRAY FOR ME that it will be as easy as it looks... ill show you all what its like mocked up.
Sadly, it has been much more difficult than I had planned... but like I said before, I at least have more insight for... next time

Very cool! It sucks that they don't sell projector headlights for the 5 & 6th gen Montes.
