Just out of curiosity I was wondering how many of us owned a Camaro and a Monte Carlo

Nice Camaro man !! I had a 1995 loved the car . The first car I ever got my self was a 1986 Camaro Iroc z It took me 3 years of work in high school got it right before prom in 1993 i got this 1987 I ROC Z because i just missed that car so much I am sure that I will get a 1985 Monte Carlo again some day 2 ( first car my dad got me and we fixed up together )

 

Thanks. Something about the draw of Chevies to me. Owned a 95 Monte, that experience made me look at Montes when I needed a DD. Several of my friends and family don't understand why I don't just sell the Z since I don't drive it that much... I just need it when I need it, you know what I mean. They don't understand because they've never owned one!

 

So true i only put 500 or less miles in mine a year but they are a fun 500 mi !! Lol

 

I was looking at Camaro's and ended up with a Monte Carlo... I always preferred the Firebird to the Camaro, but that's just a personal preference, not to say that one is really that much better than the other. I ended up with a Monte and lower miles for less money... and I'm happy wtih the purchase

 

Currently in the market for another car... getting the Monte off the road, so I'm looking at Camaros / Firebirds.

It's funny because I was just telling MaMonte Mike yesterday how much of a dream owning an 86 Iroc-Z would be.

 

Owned... No

But I did get to drive my dad's '71 SS/RS in high school before the Monte became mine.
