Wink Have to say Goodbye"

After a year of walking around my 2003 Monte Carlo SS to jump in my old 95 Suburban (with 295,000 miles) and go to work, or camping, or simply to pick something up, I finally traded her off.
I bought the Monte used, and with a lot of miles (90,000), and it had some issues.... leaking intake, water on the floor board, insane ignition and security, but I still loved that car.... well, for a car. I tried to drive it every chance I had, and every time I sat in that drivers seat I was happy. I'd drive it on some weekends (between camping trips and "can you help me with this") just to drive, hundreds of miles, never a destination, just to drive. Great CAR.
As for the "car" part..... I realized that I'm not a "car" type of guy. Not right now anyhow. I have to have function, versatility, comfort, towing, and a bit of thrill. So, the Monte and the old truck was traded off for a "Me" type of vehicle.
I'll miss the Monte.
I still have a 65 Buick Wildcat...... Hey it's GM.

You gotta do what you gotta do, man. I can understand.

Just know that you're always welcome here to join in the conversations. With or without the Monte. :-)
