wow, thats not horrible considering the mileage. when i bought my 03 ss 2 years ago, i picked it up for 10,500 and that was a steal with 42,000 miles i thought. 15k is a little steep even for a supercharged. i think 13K would be about right. at the dealership, he'd probably only see around 10k for it, so anything over that i'd assume he'd be open for. if he's smart and knows somebody wanting to buy it will lowball him, he'd start with a higher price like he's doing and negotiate down. probably landing around 13K.

Now either the color in the picture is extremely washed out, or the owner had the interior custom done in white. Because I don't think 6th gen Montes came with a white interior. Not that I know of anyway.

Taz, I'm thinking Debbie & I did look at a 6th gen Monte with white (or white-ish) interior?

It was the berry color with the lighter interior color. I remember it cause Deb remarked about it being the opposite of my '86 Monte.

Default mc for sale

It's possible that you could get that white/bieghe interior and Not the
factory Neutral that GM produced ? I saw another one for sale in Burton, OH (?)
except it was the same color as mine but it had a very light colored interior
in it. Maybe a dealership option ? Sometimes they do stuff like that.
I like the contrast but it's probably hard to keep clean.

I could look through the dealer albums and see what the interior options were?

That would at least tell if a white or white-ish interior was factory or dealer installed for '00-05 Montes.

NOTE:
2006 did have a white interior in the Monte. Chevy called it, Titanium.
(My '06 has it) And it was probably available for 2007 as well.

I was browsing autotrader today and I found an 04 black monte with a light interior, it was listed as tan but it looked lighter. The car had 89k miles on it and the seats look pretty bad to me. Unless you're wiping them down constantly I bet its impossible to get them clean once the dirt starts getting into the cracks.

Man i would hate to try to keep those clean (I'm a messy person lol). That may be part of why the car has been for sale for so long.

I think the interior is completely blown out in the photo.

Take a look at the seatbelt spots and the side of the center console, it looks more tan there.

I think the picture is just washed out, its a light tan interior.

I did not realize they used to offer the dash in a tan color too...

In 06 the whole top part of the dash is black, and the door panels, lower dash, and seats are the color option of the interior. My seats kinda look white in photos, but they are not. They are a really light grey color. What I like about my interior is that the carpets are ebony, so they carpets still hide the dirt, and the seats themselves really are not that hard to keep clean (at least I don't have a problem with it).

I guess white describes the seats in my '06 LTZ just about as good as anything.
