got my first trophy
went to car show yesterday in morton grove. was a good turn out about 30 cars show up except the weather sux was freezing cold. the weather was nice when i got there all i have on were T-shirt and a short. lucky my buddy came by and he had his girlfriends jacket in his car. i told him to let me borrow it. it was tight fitting, LOL but i didn't care. after i register my car i was looking around to see if there's might be any v6. nope, no v6 at all. nothing but all V8 hot rods i was like hell no will i compete with these guys! well, after the long cold 3 hours later they called out the top 20 cars for trophy. when i heard my name called i was like "oh cool" i won lol. since this is my first trophy car show i'm looking forward to attend few more in the future anybody around chicagoland want to go to few more trophy show hit me up. there's another one saturday sept. 5th in glenview, Il

I really/really like that 1960 El Camino with the two/four's

Congrats man! I help judge the Black Dog Shows, I know the owner Phil. He had a show in Palatine last Sunday where about 70 cars showed up and I was one of the judges. He has shows almost every weekend through October so if you are interested I know his show schedule. Let me know if you need any info on any up coming shows.

there's no first or second place, out of the 30 plus car they only pick 20 cars that deserve the trophy and 2 best of the show cars mod/stock. amy i already got their schedual shows for september. they hosting the one saturday in glenview and the following week in palatine which i plan to attend.
