Thats for a completely different engine. I wouldnt waste my time with a throttle body spacer anyway, unless you feel like throwing your money away. Then in that case you can just send it my way.

The throttle body spacer on the 3800 serves a real purpose, very small though. 3800 drivers can account for this, but when you first start your car up and drive it, you may notice it feels a bit more "peppy" eager to jump off the line, after it's well warmed up you will notice the car lag a bit, sure it will still jump, but you can feel the delay. What the throttle body spacer does is keep the air just a bit cooler a bit longer so your car will retain it's "peppiness", other than that it adds no power.
As for this throttle body spacer, I can't say it will deliver the same thing, I really have no experience with it.

$120 for a TB spacer is a waste of money IMO. Sure they'll add a pinch of power with extra plenum volume, I wouldn't really think they'd help cool anything though- the upper intake is plastic anyways. Plus, with that airraid, it still has the stupid screw thing in the middle (although I have seen people buy them and grind the screw out). Plus they say it gets rid of the stupid whistle noise if you cut out the screw.
I really don't think its worth more than $50, its just a simple chunk of aluminum, longer bolts, and a oring. Any more, and you're paying for flash.
