I think it looks like a great deal, barring any problems. it should still be covered under powertrain warranty so if there are any gasket leaks it should cover it. Find out when it was put into service and you have 5 years from then. Cars aren't selling fast and I think they just reduced it to sell it. Well I checked carfax and it went into service in October of 06. Had minor rear end damage, wouldn't worry about that, likely just cosmetic. I would just have a mechanic check it out first. That car def has possiblilities. Read the carfax on the ad. Might be able to get them even lower since it will cost 4-1000 for tires depending on your preference. I def wouldn't sell mine for that price, it as 57K.

I think it looks like a nice car. Wouldn't hurt to try and talk them down a little bit for the tires, never know they might come down

Looks like a good deal - that's just rust on the manifolds - if it bothers you, you can always paint them with manifold paint. I did that to my 03 - I have to touch it up before car show season this year.

It looks like a nice car. See if they'll replace the tires for you. Just make sure they dont give you some cheap tire just to make a sale.
