Well GM, you are true to form in my heart.

36, 148 miles guess what happens?

The engine idiot light comes on.

I have never owned a GM that somethingdoesn't happenright when the car slips out of warranty.

Oh well, off to AutoZone later.

My first thought. Let's see how many starts it takes to reset if that was the problem?

My Ram 3500 takes 25 starts to reset to make sure codes don't repeat.

just call up your dealer and ask if they'll cover it since its just barely out, i know our dealership does it plenty, especially if youre a regular customer. but it cant hurt to ask.

Just get an OBD2 scanner and don't worry about it. They are compatible with all cars since 1996 to pull the code and cost $100 or so.

I've saved this in gas alone from going to Autozone much less time wasted.
