Well guys, I haven't had much time at college to take good pictures of the visual mods Ive made ot my car. I've painted my brake calipers, removed hte Monte Carlo logos from the sides, and moved the SS logo on the trunk to the the other side.

The car, which would look better if it were sunny and out in the yard but here it is. It may make a good MotM pic too if I can get the same picture i the grass. Note the words "Monte Carlo" now missing from the side.

Just haven't had the kahunas to shave the Intimidator SS,........YET! Stealthed it tho!

 

Garret, i'd say black or silver metallic to match the rim if i were you. i don't see most peoples favorite, red, as working out too well for you.

wayne, if i payed for a intimidator, i might want to advertise it!! haha, it's pretty obviously a monte carlo so i figured "what the heck" and took it off.

 

Has anyone removed the door ding strip down the side of the car? Is it just tape on the back like others? I like the way Garret's looks without it.

i didn't look at teh strip dwon the door, but everything else i looked at is jsut tape. you ahve to use polish and a plastic scraper to get the tape off.

 

i beleive all the side mouldings are just taped on....... thanks for the pics to.. i have all my empblems removed except the SS on the doors and trunk...looks ****. i wanna repaint my calipers to. myne are already red i dont think they match. im looking for a big brake kit and id paint the calipers black with a blue pearl... i gotta find the brake kit or i wanna atleast upgrade the brakes so i will see over winter.

If I painted the calipers on my silver '06 Monte I think I'd go with black.

if you ever remove those intimadator badges and have no place for them keep me in mind... going through some financial woes and gma in hospital but would love a set of those logos to add to mine to match in with my liscence plate.. know its not an intimadator but it is a monte..
