I say The answers:
1. Black is the absence of color (and is therefore not a color)

2. White is the blending of all colors and is a color.
Explanation:

So seeings how my car is all colors and no color I will say the best color on a MONTE is ORANGE .LOL

RED is optimal color. Red cars seem to get the most tickets, therefore red apparently catches more peoples attention. Better Red than dead....thats my story and I'm sticking to it.
it seems like bright colored cars get pulled over the most, i remember my red lumina i got pulled over a few times because i was "speeding" but my opinion in this case is black, it seems to have a few more options if ya ask me
