Default Factory floormats

Can you still get factory floormats for Monte's? The reason I'm asking is that where I'm currently living, there is a lot of dirt and grass that ends up on the floor mats. I have a 2004 Dale Jr edition car with the embroidered front mats and I would like to get a set of factory floormats for the front so I don't ruin the embroidered ones.

I have not tried the Junkyards yet but most of the cars in the junkyards usually have water in them by the time I see them and the floor mats are junk. Thanks for any info.

The factory floor mats from 2000 to 2005 will fit your car no problem. I can't imagine there would be too much of a problem getting a set. New or used.

Unless you insist on having the factory, matching floor mats in your car, I just took my embroidered mats out and bought some nice floor mats at a local auto parts store.

If you have carpet that you want to protect from the elements; you can't do better than ordering a set of Custom Mats from WeatherTech. WeatherTech mats are BUILT Tough and designed to last for the life of your car. They protect the carpet. They keep moisture from accumulating below the brake pedal area so the floors won't rot out. The deep ribbed design lets mud and snow fall-off your shoes and accumulate in the deep rivulets of the mat so the backs of your nice shoes don't get scuffed by debris. Cleaning them is as easy as pulling them out and hitting them with the hose and the stiffest scrub brush you got. They're the best you can get and worth the money if you got nice carpet and want to keep it that way.

Thanks guys. I want some mats that will fit right and the color matches the rest of the interior. I guess I'm **** in that respect. Most of the aftermarket front mats I've seen for my previous vehicles, don't fit right. I'll see if I can find some factory mats first and then go from there.

I did a search online and found a nice set of factory GM mats back in the fall. They are rubber and available in black or grey I believe. They have the Monte Carlo logo on them and so far this winter they have held up nicely to the salt and snow. These fit perfectly with all the contours of the floor and keep the carpet really clean. I haven't had and salt stains on the carpet yet! The GM part number is 12496005 and I got mine for $60 Canadian at my dealer. They are selling online for around $80 US, but check your dealer first I am glad I did and saved a ton of cash! I got the black ones and they match up really nice with my interior. I think the Dale Jr cars have a dark interior as well so you should be happy with how they look.
