Yeah I don't really know for sure what's been done. I know it has a universal cat that isn't working right, but that's it. I was hoping someone might be able to tell based on if it sounds similar to something they've already heard. I'm also debating on whether or not to change to a different setup because I kinda like it the way it is.

 

Sounds like maybe someone hollowed out the cat.

 

Yeah that's possible because my cat was throwing a code because it wasn't working good enough. When I got my brakes replaced the mechanic told me this so he may have done it. My last cat completely broke and I couldn't accelerate to save my life. A new cat is expensive, but I got a "universal" one about a year ago. It lasted maybe 10 months.
