What was that piece called that replaces the upward bend on the exhaust before the resignator? And where can i purchase one? Also is it really worth it?

 

It's called "Ubend" to us but I am sure GM has a more technical name for it.

Replacing it with a straight pipe is worth around 8 HP..... Don't buy one off the net, your local muffler shop can do it for less.
