Default Ever got stuck in your Monte?

Ever got stuck in *your* Monte (My "R" keys gets stuck sometimes)

Today we got rained out of work and everyone parks in the grass. The spot where I always park (partially rocky) got taken by some idiot in a bagged s10. I had to park in the grass and had some fun getting out lol. Everytime I hit the gas I would barely move, the tires were spinning lol. After 5 minutes of spinning and moving slow I managed to get out and find some rocks. Ever got stuck in your Monte? Lets hear the story!

I've had a very similar thing happen to me in my previous car. My 99 Grand Am GT. That is a scarey feeling. Especially when you're alone with no one around to help. But I managed to get it out. After I got out, the car looked like I went mud bogging. :p

In my Monte though, I've gotten stuck in the snow at the end of my driveway twice. Once the first winter I had the car, and once the second year. Both times I was driving on the factory Goodyear RS-A all season tires. It was embarassing to have my neighbours push me out of my own driveway. That was when I decided to go the snow tires mounted on winter rims route. Plus it saves my junior rims from the ravages of winter. And when the all season tires wear out, I can replace them with a true performance tire for the warm months.

Oh yeah...

I fixed the thread title for ya. Happens to all of us.

I got stuck last winter in some really deep snow. I was plowing with the front end it was so deep. We had freezing rain all day and then a foot of snow on top of it. I went to park on the road at work and knew it was too deep so I tried to just pull through but sunk to the ice. Then I couldn't get out because when I would rock it it would move towards the curb and I didn't want to scrape my rims. Also I was afraid I would jump the curb and hit a lamp post. finnaly after an hour of digging and two really big buddys pushing we got it out. After they did all the work in the blowing cold snow I told them my foot was tired from working the gas.
