It's great to get out and clean the Monte again isn't it? Here in St. Louis it's supposed to get up to almost 70 on Friday. How often do you wax your car? With all the salt and dirty snow around, I want to be sure my paint's protected but I'm not sure how often to polish and wax.

My poor baby has been disgusting for a while now..I try to take her to the car wash at least once a week but bcuz the grime is so thick on her, it won't get it all the way off until I hand-wash her. I plan on washing her & trying to detail her as much as I can this week since it's suppose to be close to 70 by Thursday...I'm in class til 5 on Thursday so I can't do it then =( the interior is pretty clean, I jsut gotta detail it & I just detailed the truck's interior yesterday since it was at the hosue

In the winter, I feel it's just not worth it for me to wash my car. It gets all dirty within a few blocks from puddles and cars infront of me spraying the dirty water off the road with their tires. Plus, the water from the car wash freezes the windows, doors, and trunk shut. Then I risk ripping the door seals when I open them. Nah, forget it. I'll wait until it warms up before I wash the car. If it's below 50 degrees, the car ain't getting washed.
