Painted the calipers and hubs, added a 1/4 red stripe around ground effects and silver pinstripes down the side. The boy wanted me to try the pinstripes so I did. Looks pretty good I think. Heres a couple crappy pics ,sorry for that.

 

X2 on the crappy pics, but it looks great and you did the painting yourself on the stripes??? That's pretty cool!

 

Chris, I cleaned and sanded the calipers and rotors and painted them, but the pinstripes are just stick on 3M, But yea I did it all myself.

When I go to the show tomorrow I will take some good pics....HOPEFULLY.

 

Nice touch with the Red accent stripe. I think the subtleness of the red works well with the other colors. Sweet job on the calipers. All the steps you had to undertake to get good adhesion of the caliper paint will be worth the effort. You dont do the job right and once those puppies get hot a few times, thats when the paint related trouble starts. A+++ on your efforts, Best of luck at the car show!!
