Default RE: E85 (Check Engine Light) ...

ive heard that the newer flex fuel vehicles are kinda slow(stupid) with recognizing fuel in some situations.... one is if you only add a couple gallons, sometimes they wont re adjust, the other is if you add fuel, drive like a block or 2 and park your car they wont re adjust. if you happen to do both things at the same time i'm sure its more likely to show up. so if you live next door to a gas station and like to top off with a gallon or 2 at night and switch back and fourth between e85 and regular, wait longer between fill-ups and dont fill up just before you are going to park the car for the night.

could just be an evap code when ya filled up too.... probly nothing, but if youre still under warranty you could take it in, if its a rich or lean code they can test the alc% of the fuel, tell the computer the % and you'll have youre light off...

For a minute I thought this was another thread like Space's "Do Not Enter" thread.

If it was, I guess I fell for this one too. LOL.

Anyway...
You asked. You got it.
