so next on my to do list are the headlights and tail lights. gonna get the black housing for head lights and for tails the LED ones. i'm not sure which i should do first! the tail lights are a bit more expensive

i also don't know which i should do for tails! there is the ruby red and the black ones. i'm eventually gonna night shade them so maybe it won't even matter?

 

You don't need to darken the LED tails, they look amazing as is.

 

Why would you night shade the LED tails. IMO you will ruin a great looking tail light. If you want to night shade your tails, keep the stock.

 

Or getting the 06/07 tails and tinting those would look good.

 

Someone on LS1tech tinted the LED tail lights. It does look OK.

I'd say get what ever is cheaper first.

 

i'd get the headlights first so you are for sure what you want with those & all

 

i think the LED's darkened a bit would look awesome. i kinda have a red and black theme going on and if i decide on getting the ruby ones, there wouldn't be any black in there if i left em. i think i like the ruby ones better than the black ones. but i can't decide! i did see a silver monte in my town with the black ones on there and i'm gonna say they do look better on the car. tough decision!

 

They really don't photograph well.

I'd get the black tail lights first, I say this having just ordered them 3 days ago.
