Default changing fuel pump

so, im thinking the fuel pump is starting to crap out on me. its whining like a high powered race pump. i cant really tell if i have misfires(no scan gauge and i have poly upper mounts and dog bone bushings). my question here is, do these cars have the access point on top behind the back seats like the grand prixs or do i have to drop the tank.

I havent had time to rip into it, so i figured i would ask here before starting a project.

Make sure you check the fuel pressure before you go throwing parts at it
