This car is fast, 0 to 60 around 5 sec. 1/4 mile 13.8, 6.2 v8 making 415 hp, with a 6 speed automatic, not to bad for a 4 door family car.Now the BAD NEWS, car & driver is reporting that this car will come with ONE option and one option only, every chevrolet ss sold will come FULLY LOADED ONLY, with a sticker price of around $41,000. Well, GM, CHEVROLET, sounds like another great plan for the working man.

 

Not a fan of it and it shoulda came with a LT1 and not a LS3, ill stick with my SRT

 

I'm a little disappointed it is an automatic only option.

 

I'm not a big fan of it already.. maybe it will grow on me when i see it in person but somehow, doubtful

 

Seems that all auto makers are going to way of only automatics. Ferrari, Lambo, Audi, GM, etc.

 

Another fail by GM

 

The Holden still has the option for the manual, they just brought the automatic over and that's it.

 

I'm disappointed its a sedan but I guess you can't have anything that would compete with the Camaro or that'd just be awful.

 

I like the looks of it but I still think it is stupid that they just called it the SS.

 

Just read an article today saying base price will be under 30. And I think it's pretty cool. Good replacement for the g8
