Default Black rain Update..sorta

Well I ordered my tires today went with Michelin Hydroedges (the normal ones not the Green X ones) so once I get those I will have new tires with my new rims on. Also while out at my mechanice it will recieve a brake job and a coolant flush. Should I go with Prestone? I know these are tasks I could do but since I've know him awhile he will only charge me a $45 (or one hour) labor for everything and I'm ok with that. Also picked up a few car care things tonight (I'm like a kid in the candy store in that isle my Girl had to tell me we need to go now so I didn't spend more) Ened up getting Turtle wax the Black Box Can't wait to do that! Also picked up Meguiers Color Compund (i think thats what it is called restores color), Scented interior cleaner by Armor All, All Finish Rim cleaner, Black Magic Leather care (have been using the armor all one but you can never have enuff ), Armor All interior wipes microfiber finish towls wax and shine towels and some applicator pads. Haven't picke dup a clay ba rkit yet though. Anyway I was a very happy camper lol got to pick up some car care things and got my tires ordered. Hopefully after I get the car back from getting the rims on I will have pics, but I'm not sure how soon after since I want to wax it, use the color compund and do the black box after it too since my mechanic lives on a gravel

The hydroedges are great tires, they're very quiet and soft.

Be careful with the black box thing, I hear it's like a dye and can possibly stain parts that aren't black. Also I don't think it lasts very long.

Good luck with everything and be sure to post some pics!

I just wanted to try it out mainly lookign forward to doing a clay bar in the hopefully near future. I didn't know a whole lot about the tires I'd read mixed reviews some say they're great and some say they're noisy. Almost all the reviews I read agreed though that the tires do last the 90k miles is says they do so I was happy witht hat plus I'd also looked at Goodyear Assurance TripleTred All Season and Hankook Ventus V4s. I guess I just got tired of looking and went through with gettign some. The GF got me the black box since she got about $1,300 back from college for overpayment so if it only works for awhile at least i know in the future.
