Personally, I love it. Matches the lower trim and stripes and gives some nice contrast. I'd personally match the mirrors with that silver. But I have a history of doing that since I did it with my 87 IROC, except I had 3 different colors in there (silver bottom trim, red stripes, and red mirrors). If I ever get my hands on another Dale Jr. Monte, I plan on installing black roof rails and painting the spoiler black to match the black trim. May even paint the mirrors black too.

& idk i think its a bit much up there, when u look at it thats automatically what u see

They definitely look cool in silver.. really will stand out to people who would probably mistake them for something factory if they were body color but IDK LOL

I was debating doing mine silver as well and kind of wished I would have instead of body color but after attending a few shows people really like them even being body color so maybe they're still noticeable lol..

Either way I think it looks cool on that Monte!

 

I like it yet I think it might b a bit too much silver because of the stripes.
