Maybe he got the year wrong an chafed the rims an paint job, would be cheaper to be rebuilt that way but it does look fake, saw it yesterday myself and was gonna call him an let him know that none of his info looks to make a correct 04 jr Monte

I disagree with this, you have no idea how they put it together or who put it together. It had to have taken quite a bit to salvage a car at that low mileage... so I'm thinking frame damage, once a frame is heated up to bend it back, it will never be nearly as strong as before.

I would steer clear of this one and keep an eye out and if you do continue to look into it, don't pay more thank $4000.

That's a classic example of someone buying special edition parts, and putting it on their plain everyday car.

The guy obviously got a set of Dale jr headrests from somewhere, installed them in his regular run of the mill Monte, and voila! Instant Dale Jr edition.

I'm surprised he did get Intimidator headrests and call it a Dale Earnhardt Sr edition. Seems like every black Chevy automatically gets called a Dale Earnhardt edition.

theres nothing wrong with buying a car with a salvage title. it all depends on the state, why its salvage, and how it was repaired. my friend bought a cobra with a rebuilt title from another state nothing was wrong with the car. it had water damage and was rebuilt. when he titled it here in nj we dont have rebuilt titles so the car was titled as a salvage car. the car was a monster, ran great, and looked great. you would never had known that the car was a salvage car.
