I know that this has probably been asked before, but I just wanted to get some member opinions about which is better the 2004-2005 supercharged MCs or the 2006-2007 SS MCs. I wanna upgrade but I don't know which way to go. Just as a side note, what do you guys think of the 3.9 engine?

Yeah the LS4's are beast...

3.9's are reliable but little aftermarket.

 

Never drove a supercharged 04-05 before, but if it helps.
I never want to get out of my 06SS. It an amazing ride so smooth has plenty of power to get you around. It's the best thing in my life, i can just stare at it all day! (don't tell the Girlfriend i said that although i think she already knows haha)

 

I own an L36, My sister own an L67, My parents own an LS4. I have driven plenty of them.

If I had to choose, it would be the L67.

 

Id go with the 06-07 SS LS4

 

I think he's referring to 04-05 supercharged VS an 06-07 LT/LTZ 3.5-3.9 engines.
I would pick the supercharged Monte cause the 3800II engine has tons of mods you can add.

I'd have to say the Supercharged L67s. The v8s are nice but I like the Supercharged ones better.
