I really like the monte carlo SS along the bottom, looks very cool. the JR wheels will look sweet also.

haha, that part of the front bumper is the least of my worries. i need a whole new one. i would also love a new hood, drivers front fender, rear passenger quarter panel and a new trunk. then a complete paintjob. not till way in the future when i have more cash on hand though. and i deffinatly need to work on a supprise i found. its really loose breaking through rust where my drivers rear strut connects to the body. i need to cut it out and weld a new patch in deffinatly. sadly my rims are being done first.

That's a big looooong grocery list of parts to get... is it all rust, or is there another particualr reason why you need to replace so much??

p.s. can't wait also for some black JR. wheels, it's going to really makd the car come together!

lets just say the car was in the hands of an inexpercianced bodyman:eek:. and it will be a hassle to work my magic:cool: over his body work so id rather replace. really the car is pretty close to rust free. except my find and behind the insulator foam from the rear bumper which wont be a hard fix at all

lucian*91 06-06-2010 11:04 PM

but really though the body work isnt noticable to the untrained eye, but i know bodywork and it bugs me..lol

Gotcha... I was like that with my 02, every little imperfection I noticed and it bugged me... and NOW I have another Monte, with more/different imperfections... that I notice.... that STILL bug me... LOL!

Hope you get it all squared away, you'll really enjoy it when it all comes together!!!

What you just listed is literally my body work needs specifically. All but the strut thing * I hope atleast * Does Carla have a sister?
