Before & After
I was thinking this could make for a really entertaining and informational thread for our members. It could help others get ideas about what they may want to do with their Monte Carlos. I'll start and lets try to limit the ammount of before and after pictures to like 3 of each (6 picture max).

Really? I can see them - I didn't do it the right way though - I put all 3 before pics (when my Monte was naked) together and the 3 after pics together.

Still didnt work for the before pictures... would post some of my car but i dont have any before pictures because i was doing everything over the winter.

I fixed it - the before pics were saved as CMYK so I saved them as RGB.

The pics are working for me.
The one pic that did have a red X. I simply right clicked on the red X and clicked on "Show Picture". Then the picture showed up. Copy and Pasted pics seem to be hit or miss with our new software. Don't know why. I had the same problem with the MOTM Winners Gallery. I had to start linking pics from photobucket, or uploading them and letting people click on the thumbnail. Amy...It really is weird to see Precious in the before pics. Couldn't help but notice the Busch and Earnhardt stickers on the rear window. |
That was back in 2003 and I was a big Bobby Labonte fan. That was when he drove the No. 18 Interstate batteries car. I think I had 3, 8, 18, & 20 on the corners of my window.

i know it's not a huge change, but jj that vinyl makes your car look COMPLETELY different to me. makes it stand out and completely unique.

This turned out to be a great thread. Even the suble changes really set the cars apart from the rest. I hope more people contribute.

Hey Pink Floyd - I ordered the car like that - the ground effects were part of the high sports appearance package which added $2100 to the price of the car.

Wow... $2,100 is a lot for just ground effects and a spoiler. Was that really all that came with the High Sport package?

Well, Silver really can't play either because the only mod you can see is the exhaust.

OK, I'll play. But I got to go back to delivery day to find pic's of no mod's. (Mod's started on day one!) So these snowy pics were from Feb. '06, the day he was delivered. I bought him from a F__d dealer in PA on Ebay. Had a buddy's bro' go get it.

matt, your car kicks serious butt, i've seen your before and after and also JJs before and after and all i can say is i'm jealous, i want a 5ht gen bad man, not sure why i'm so stuck on them but who knows, if i post before and after of my car, does a before (dirty) and after (detail job) count, i wanna play also, or i'm going home!!!
