The Beast...
As far as this car is concerned, if you ever decide to sell it, let me know. I'd LOVE to have a turbo'd LS4 in my garage. Man that thing is awesome.
Sorry Zipper, the whole front end has been replaced with an Impala LTZ bumper with Impala SS inserts and the Monte Carlo SS chin spoiler and I have no plans on selling it anytime in the future.
omegaj9; The original bumper was so damaged in the accident that I was unable to repair it. It took a lot of time and energy to get it to look the way that it does.
Thanks DBS MC I appreciate the compliment.
Here is the thread that shows the component pieces taken apart for painting.

Yeah, at Ft. Sill's Auto Craft Shop. It's run by MWR and they provide tools, bay (w/lift or w/o), Paint booths, and there are volunteers mechanics that can help you if you run into a problem, and all of these for 18/day. But you have to be in the military, active/reserve/retired, to use it.
Nope. I did it in my garage on post. It's technically a violation of the housing agreement to do it, but I took February off and did it then.
Well, as long as you don't be cutting sheet metal or making a whole lot of noise, no one really cares. I like to use the ACS 'cause I know most everyone there and, sometimes, I get to use it for free. But some of the guys also help me with the stuff I can't do due to my disability.
