Back into a Monte!
Well I just picked up a 2005 Monte Carlo LT 3.8 loaded 25K miles.. Traded my 2000 SS in 3 years ago. I didn't realize how much I missed this car! Now lets see how long I can hold out on the mods...

So you got rid of your 2000 SS and got it back! But this time with the vertical spoiler, and lack of door trims and no more trunk keyhole?!
Sounds like you upgraded and saved yourself 5 years of maintenance :P

CONGRATS on getting another Monte!!!
I gave 2 of my SS's up because I was a dumb-a**!!!
Now that I got another one, an '07 SS, it have will NEVER leave my stable. I don't care if I'm offered a new, fully loaded 2010 Camaro SS or if gas gets to be $100/gallon.
It will NEVER leave my stable and you can take THAT to the bank!!!
I'll NEVER go through the hell of watching someone else drive my "baby" again!!!

Thanks all for the warm welcome. My other one had a lot of miles and who ever had it before me didn;t take care of it. This one is like new. I hooked up a Sirius tuner to the factory radio and I also installed a BlueSTAR (www.costartech.com) to replace the onstar phone. I am a happy man...
