Without a proper projector, it's just a high-energy discharged beam that scatters everywhere.

They don't make proper projectors for our cars.

You can still use them, but then you become one of the people that I hate driving in front of or driving opposite me with super bright bulbs that just blind me. It's on par with, or even worse than, driving with high beams on.

Dont do it... do it the right way or go with standard bulbs. You'll blind everyone. Sylvania ultrastars will do alright.

Agreed. The Sylvania Silverstar Ultras give out a nice bright white light but won't blind everyone in front of you either. I definitely noticed a light output difference between whatever I had and when I put in my Ultras. I think Sylvania makes another kind of headlight bulb, the zXe, that gives the same color light that an HID gives out but without blinding everyone else on the road.

I love my HIDs. I got a blue tint to them and I pointed them down a little bit and they arent blinding at all. I know cause My friend drove my car and I drove his and he was behind me and they were fine.

Yea, as long as you can adjust them it isn't any worse then any other bulb. Mine from ddmtuning.com are a lot brighter then silverstars and cheaper.
