I guess I will be getting a card in the mail soon. I still have the recall card on my end table for the ignition thing...LOL

All they do for the ignition key is press in an insert to make the hole in the key smaller....

Ignition recall is a total waste of time, i'll be a bit more interested in this though. Don't really need my car going up in smoke.

I am on the phone with GM now. There is no remedy for the fix yet, but im driving around with an oil leak and my car did pull up on the recall list. Everyone keeps saying they cant do anything but we will see what GM has to say.

Correct they don't have a fix yet. But these cars have been recalled in the past for the same issue lol. So obviously they can't seem to get it right. I suppose i should look at my valve covers one day.

I called GM and they told me to keep driving it even though I have an active leak related to the recall. To me that just sound sound too safe
