Default About to upgrade to a SS...

Ok im getting rid of my 95 Z34 and I want a SS....so theres a dealer out here with a 2003 SS, all black heres the link... http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...5&aff=national

Actually saw this car in person before I saw the ad tonight, its super clean, sounds good but didnt look under the hood yet. At 100,000 miles, is 8000 a good price?

i think 8000 may be a little high, i noticed there's no floormats, not a big deal but floors may be rotted? may want to check into a carfax, but it looks like a nice clean car

no engine cover =[ lol looks like it has satellite radio? tires look good, rims have absolutely no corrosion which is great, all the leather looks good too, id just bring up some of the small flaws like the engine cover and no floor mats which should help to bring the price down a bit

keep us all up to date

Just to give you a heads up. I have been trying to sell my 2004 SS for 7,000 or best offer with no one offering or even looking. Mine has 104,500 miles. Every option. Wizaired CAI, zzp strut brace, hypertech power programmer, and led tail lights. In perfect condition. If I was you I would be looking at no more than 6500 for that car.

It has to do with what area of the country you are trying to sell it in as well. The Monte's aren't a big market.. contrary to what 'Space likes to keep saying, in my opinion, I don't see much demand for large, 2 door coupes... most people would rather have the practicality of a 4 door model of a car this size and if they want a 2 door sports car, they're buying Camaro's.

It's just a select few of us, those in this particular niche, who lvoe and cherish the Chevrolet Monte Carlo!!
