Default ?????

hey im new to this site but i have a question about my 1993 monte carlo. I was told my right brake light dosnt work when my left blinker is on. I believe this is bc the multifunction switch but idk were the switch is to check it so any help would be appriciated

Multifunction Switch is the lever on the steering column that you move to turn the blinkers on

sorry i meant a 98 monte. and my problem is idk how to check or replace the multifunction switch. so if anyone can give me any tips on how to do either that would be great

If you aren't comfortable with knowing how to replace one, it might not be the best first project. You have to basically remove your steering column to replace it.

i wonder how much it cost to get it fix at the dealerhsip i have a similiar problem as well?

its not my first project. im actually in college for automotive. ive been working on cars since i was little. i just need to know the details in doing this particular project

Lol I was thinking the same thing when he said 93 monte carlo lol thats probably have looked like a 93 two door lumina lol
