Default 98 monte Z34
i got my monte to start it was the vats it was doing good till i went to drive it after i got a moving permit made it .9 of a mile and it died. it seems to have spark but it wont start any ideas?

i just got done doing the top end and i put new spark plugs and wires i did fuel pump and filter a year ago

A firend of mine thinks its a sensor just not sure which one anyideas?

really cuz it will firer up from time to time but when you turn it off it doesn't start again after so could it really be that easy.

quite possibly, that or it could even be a battery. I would look for a parts store that does check engine light test and take it there. See what they pull up.

the only thing with that is i cant get my car to them i would have to buy the obd2 and do it that way but no money cuz i have a new baby girl she 3 weeks tomorrow.

congrats, i have a three year old, and another one due around november. well try the fuel filter and go from there

okay i'll check the fuel filter and you said the battery should i take it to be tested or something?
