I just wanted to drop a note....

I am by no means advertising for 3800 Performance, but if any of you really thrive on customer service, and appreciate someone to talk to when you have an issue with ordering things for your car, this is the company to go with, thats for damn sure.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Rob from 3800, and will continue to shop there....

Just wanted to let any of you guys know that are looking for another great company to go with...

Rob is pretty good but he does self admit that he doesn't know much about the installation of the product he sells. He's more of a web business than a user of his own product.

I only had 1 bad experiance and that was when I tried to cancel my PCM order, he refused to do it. He said he shipped it out to me, but I didn't get it till a full week later. It takes 2 days for me to get stuff from him... If I order Monday I get it Wednesday. - That and it took 6 weeks for the PCM deal to close. 4 weeks to get the PCM and then 2 weeks to get my deposit back.

Other than that he did hook me up with a good deal on my SLP headers that were slightly used.
