I'm sure that site would pop up no matter what make and model of car you searched for. You could probably search for a 2012 Ford Edsel, and everything would be the same except for the make and model of car.

I think there's more rumor/hope that a Chevelle may arrive before a Monte right now.

A Chevelle would make sense on one hand. Because of the whole retro muscle car phase we're seeing right now. But on the other hand, with GM's scaling back of their line-up to be a more profittable company, I have a hard time believing GM would want to put out a direct competitor to the Camaro.

That would have three muscle cars with the Chevy bowtie on it. The Corvette, which admittedly is aimed at a more upscale buyer. But it seems to me the Camaro and the Chevelle would be competing for the same buyers.

Add the Mustang and Challenger into the mix, and you have a lot of cars trying to survive in a market that can't support a lot of muscle cars.

I could see it working out better if it was a new retro-styled Pontiac GTO. But that's obviously never going to happen now.
