07v8monte, check ebay for a set of rally stripes. I paid $136 w/shipping for mine.

He may be adding the extra 22 horses by including stuff like a K&N filter, or something. Yeah, I know you're not going to get 22 horses from a K&N drop in filter, but who knows where he got it from?
Another possibility is a claim like the "Leadfoot" character from the Jeff Gordon Monte site. Maybe he's getting 20 horses from the non-functional scoop, 2 horses from the stripes. LOL.

Or he just plain made a mistake.

those are all dealer installed items anyway... bleh...

 

I'm sure it's nobody we know, just an amusing anecdote from a WI dealership. I certainly didn't mean any disrespect to a MCFer the maybe doesn't put that many miles on their Monte, and maybe just wants to keep it in a garage and admire it. I'm totally down with that.
