high-flow cat would add a tiny rumble. You only have 1.

Removing the resonator would make it louder too

I was going to say your only real option is the Hogan downpipe... but their website is gone?

On my 07 SS(sold)I removed resonator and and put two off brand Flowmasters. Sounded really good BUT, with the DOD sounded like crap when it kicked in.

How do they do your emission test? Most places test 96 and newer cars via the computer - if you have the code for the cat deleted so it doesn't throw a CEL it won't show up on the scan.

Now some places still run mirrors under the car to verify the cat is in place. If yours doesn't do that you can get away with no cat provided the codes are cleared.
