Well driving down the highway I got hit by a truck that ran and I hit a RAM next to me then lost control and hit the guard wall... Of course I'm being held responsible by the PD as its my fault I got hit then hit another truck. Insurance seems to be on my side as to what happened but with no license plate of the white truck that took off after he hit me, I will more than likely be held fully responsible. BYE BYE SS MONTE

If I were you....Id be on the side of the road at that same spot on the highway where it happened at the same time it happened and watch for that sucker and get his plate #.......

Seems like a good idea to catch the guy. Most travel their routes routinely. But what can he do if he sees him and gets the plate? I suppose the police might investigate the truck if it is damaged, but cops around here are too lazy to do that...

 

The local PD couldn't even get the accident correct on the police report nor could the spell my name or put the right address down from my drivers license. My insurance company is taking witness reports rather than going by the police report because they said it has no real credibility to what happened. I dont think the guy driving the RAM saw the white silverado. A couple people from class that were following me saw the guy and the insurance company has their statements.
The report even went as far to say that i lost control hit the left wall then went into traffic if that were the case I wouldnt have the same angle of impact as I did and I wouldnt have ended the collision in the wall.... Nor would i have the damage and paint brush from where the white truck that hit me. Personally I believe they saw a young 19yr old perfect driving record and said he would be easier to blame rather than make it an uninsured motorist at fault case. And Im fine as of now I had a terrible concussion, very minimal body damage. THE MONTE IS AMAZING the police said the car saved my life.

With insurance going up I probably wont be able to get another sports cars any suggestions guys and girls?
