Hi guys,

just wanted to say that i officially sold my monte. its gone! i cant believe it. it hurt selling it, but i smiled when i got my new car. i feel good knowing i sold it to a car lover. he told me the best thing about owning a car is going fast, and i told him theres plenty of "fast" in this car. It was my first monte, and you guys have been great over the last 3 years about helping me out with everything, so a big thanks to everyone. It WONT be my last monte though. I'll have my 85 SS one day when i have the money to restore one properly.

My new car is a 94 mustang GT 5.0

Convertible, 5 speed. Black on black leather. cloth top (cant stand vinyl) 17" chrome bullitt's, maximum motorsports coilovers package, cobra brakes, projectors, sequential taillights, MAC H pipe w/ dual chamber flowmasters, CDC lightbar, and has a saleen tonneau cover to make it a 2 seater for those hot days!

 

the new to you stang looks great, congrats, I think. The wheels look pertty nice also, don't be a stranger, you're always welcome here! Considering you've been a member for a pretty long time......

 

oh i wont, i'll be chiming in every so often. learned a lot about these cars. trouble is trying to find a good forum for mustangs thats similar to this one. always good advice no one trash talks

 

sad you sold it but its always fun to try something new. Shoulda sold me some parts first

Such a sad thread, good luck with the Mustang though. (Personally, I HATE that body style) Looks like a beast, what's the numbers in one of those.

 

IDK if you have the 215 or 240HP engine, but was the Monte faster? haha
